Discounts or promotions do not apply to package rates.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival free of charge.

Traveling with kids?

One infant (up to 3 years old) can stay for free in the parents’ room. A crib can be provided.

Groups & Families

Traveling with a group or family and want to stay on the same floor, or dine together? Just let us know – we’ll arrange it for you. VAT

All prices in our hotels include VAT. We apply the legal VAT rate of 9%. If VAT rates change, Carlton Hotel Collection reserves the right to adjust rates for existing reservations.

Guarantee terms

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If no credit card details are provided, the reservation will be canceled at 6:00 PM, and cancellation fees will apply. In case of a no-show, the full cost of the first night will be charged. Other terms may apply depending on the chosen rate.

Cancellation Terms

For a flexible rate, you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival free of charge. Different cancellation policies may apply for group reservations, packages, and holidays.
